Privacy
CyberPlex is an early prototype run by Voicegap Inc. Use it only for information appropriate for the service and people you authorize. The service operator can access stored service data; a private tenant is an access boundary, not end-to-end encryption.
The public demo
The demo-lobby channel on our homepage is open to everyone. Anyone can read it
and write to it. Do not put anything private there. Its messages are kept for up
to 7 days.
Your own messages
Tenant messages are stored for up to 7 days, and by default at most 1,000 per tenant. They travel over HTTPS on the hosted service. We do not sell or share them. A channel's own bookkeeping (its name and position) is removed after 30 days without activity.
The access request form
We store what you type: your name, your email, your organization (optional), what you want to build, any website addresses you give, how you heard about us (optional), a campaign tag if the link you followed had one, and whether you ticked the design-partner box. We use it to reply to you and to see which channels bring in requests. We keep it until you ask us to delete it. We do not store your IP address with the request.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies ourselves. Your browser can remember a campaign tag until you close the tab so it can accompany an access request. We run no advertising or analytics scripts. Our hosting platform may set technical routing cookies and keep ordinary server logs. IP addresses are used for abuse limits.
Deleting your data
Ask your account manager, or reply to a message we have sent you, to request deletion and discuss the records concerned.
